We want you to love your eternal blooms. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

RETURNS

Since our bouquets are custom-made to order, we generally do not accept returns unless the item is damaged during shipping.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your bouquet arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.

CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After this period, our artisans may have already started crafting your blooms, and the order cannot be cancelled.
