RETURNS

Since our craft works are custom-made to order, we generally do not accept returns unless the item is damaged during shipping.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your purchase arrives damaged, please contact us within 24-36 hours of receiving it along with photos and videos as a proof. We will arrange you a replacement or refund as per the condition.

CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After this period, our artisans may have already started crafting the product, and the order cannot be cancelled.

PRECAUTIONS

Do not forget to record videos of your unboxing before you open your parcel.
It works as a proof in case of replacement/refund.
Claiming refund/replacement without proper videos of unboxing as a proof can make you and us suffer.
All returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.
All gifts or promotional items received with your purchase must be returned with your order.
